It's been said already, but I will reiterate... While W365 looks really promising, it seems to not be very cost-effective in terms of TCO. Is there a plan to see the pricing for W365 come down into something a bit more competitive with replacing hardware?
It's a fit for OpEx driven shops with high turnover. It makes for simple math solving for X when they can say a Rep costs me X dollars a month and generates more that X worth of profit.
