Could you provide a clarification of rules and guidance for joint nomination? Thank you.

Hi, We have a co-sell ready offer on Microsoft Fabric, which is published on Microsoft AppSource. Does this make us eligible to participate in the category of Data Analytics Platform?
I'm referring to this requirement: "A software development company (SDC) with a co-sell ready offer leveraging one or more of Microsoft’s analytics services (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer, Microsoft Purview)."- AlexaDespenas

Hi Rita, I will need to check in with our internal award team on this. I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able!

I noticed that Training Services Partner is listed as a must have - this seems to be a new requirement - will the submission be denied if you are not a training services partner?
Training Services Partners – must be enrolled in the Training Services Partner Program and achieved Solutions Partner for Training service designation - even if you have all six designations + specializations

Hi Sue, status as a Training Services partner is not a broadly required eligibility component. Thank you for flagging this though as it seems like there is room to clarify within our guidelines. If you have additional questions, please send us an email so we can further clarify with those on our team: potyasup@microsoft.com

Hi Jill,
Thanks for hosting today's session. We were curious about more details for the actual submission, since we don't have access to the nomination form yet.
There are always mandatory fields to complete, of course, but for other fields can we direct the judges to the attached design assets and resources for the full submission? Or, do you recommend we include the answers in both the nomination form and the design assets/resources?- mandymavenCopper Contributor
JillArmourMicrosoft I have the same question

Hi Erica and Mandy, please prioritize including the bulk of your nomination contents within the executive summary section of the nomination process.

Hi JillArmourMicrosoft is there a deadline to complete submission?

Are we limited to how many URLs to include?
Is the ONE supporting document limited in page length?
- suecontiCopper Contributor
Is there a specific spot in the award submission where we can place supporting URLS? Or should we put in the body of the story?
- AlexaDespenas
Microsoft
Hi Sue, URLs can be included within the executive summary section as well as within a supporting document.

will be possible to ask questions even outside of today's AMA hour?

The partner award support alias is listed in the official rules document: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/inspire/awards

The Community Response award lists a “public-facing website with the solution/service offering” in the Eligibility section. Ours was a custom client solution, so we don’t have this exact offering on our website. Does this disqualify our solution?

Hi Kyle, please read our rules document for more information:

Hi Alexa, I had the same question after reading the rules document. Can you point me to the exact place this question is answered in the document? Thank you!
- KyleSR28Copper Contributor
There have been many developments in Copilots, Azure AI Foundry, and other Microsoft cloud technologies from the beginning of the solution eligibility window (June 2024) to present. Does this mean that more recent client solutions will take precedence over client solutions delivered earlier in the eligibility period, before some of these new developments were available?
- AlexaDespenas

Hey Kyle,
While it's true that some of the contents found in the eligibility requirements and executive summary section are related specific technologies utilized (with the possibility of some being more recent technologies than others), there are also questions on customer impact, implementation and results - all of which contribute to a great overall submission.
- LarryGregoryCopper Contributor
Kyle, the contest rules say not to submit unless you meet all the eligibility criteria.
Also, I would prioritize wins for Microsoft FY25 (and solutions deployed in that timeframe).- cnicholsCopper Contributor
bumping - this question isn't about eligibility criteria - knowing that some submissions will receive preference, the question is whether newer solutions with more updated Microsoft solution features will receive preference in the scoring process.
