Hi Jill, 
Thanks for hosting today's session. We were curious about more details for the actual submission, since we don't have access to the nomination form yet. 

There are always mandatory fields to complete, of course, but for other fields can we direct the judges to the attached design assets and resources for the full submission? Or, do you recommend we include the answers in both the nomination form and the design assets/resources?
