Kyle, the contest rules say not to submit unless you meet all the eligibility criteria.
Also, I would prioritize wins for Microsoft FY25 (and solutions deployed in that timeframe).
bumping - this question isn't about eligibility criteria - knowing that some submissions will receive preference, the question is whether newer solutions with more updated Microsoft solution features will receive preference in the scoring process.
