The Community Response award lists a “public-facing website with the solution/service offering” in the Eligibility section. Ours was a custom client solution, so we don’t have this exact offering on our website. Does this disqualify our solution?

Hi - I have read the rulebook and guidelines fully, and neither address this particular question. Can you please clarify: If the community solution was *custom* for a client, and therefore does not have documentation on our website, does that disqualify the submission? Are submissions restricted to only documented, packaged solutions versus custom engagements?
