- The literature advises us to configure semantic index in preparation for CoPilot rollout. We'd like to configure it on Azure DevOps to help us document code and do impact assessments on all our code branches. But, the instructions are unclear to me. Could you point us to the correct steps?

- Are there adoption kits and examples that we can use to evangelize Copilot in the various tools? Use cases would be key but charts and sharable information would be helpful to providing excitement inside of the organization outside of PowerApps where the users are usually going to be more keen to learning about the technology.

- Hey Rocky, more resources to help onboard users and drive adoption will be made available in future! These are currently being refined as we work with customers in the Early Access Program.
- Is there a possibility to configure Copilot to either work only with M365 data or with M365 PLUS public data?
- There are a number of planned connections to allow for the inclusion of web data into Copilot scenarios. Not are all announced as of yet so please stay tuned as those announcements are made.
- Are files indexed by Microsoft 365 Copilot when you set the share permission to "People in [Contoso] with the link can access."? Because people do this out of laziness instead of choosing the specific people who need access. This could unintentionally expose many files.

No, these files are not indexed by the Semantic Index for Copilot unless they are shared via SharePoint Online via site inheritance. In this scenario, the file would only be indexed for a user if they interact with it, comment on it or is @ mentioned in it.
- Are there a number of use cases that we might be able to provide to those wanting to adopt Bing Enterprise in their organizations. I have reviewed the LinkedIn Learning on Bing Chat and unfortunately there were not as many things we could bring up such as to use Bing Chat to summarize data and documents. Can there be purchase decision suggestions for prompts such as for purchase decisions, table creation, code fixing, etc? Example Prompts Best selling laptops of 2023 Take the first three and put it into a table Add the Battery life to the table Add Microsoft Surface Studio 2 to the list

- Will other areas of MS Search benefit from Semantic Index if you're not using MS Copilot? Or is Semantic Index only used to support the underlying Copilot features?

- Is there a difference chart between Bing Chat and Bing Chat for Enterprise on their capabilities? I noticed that the visual search was consumer accessible but not enterprise for example.

Hi Rocky, Thanks for the question. This blog post (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2023/07/18/introducing-bing-chat-enterprise-microsoft-365-copilot-pricing-and-microsoft-sales-copilot/) is a good place to start to understand the differences between Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise. The major difference between the two is that Bing Chat Enterprise has the commitment to commercial data protection. With Bing Chat Enterprise, user and business data are protected and will not leak outside the organization. What goes in—and comes out—remains protected. Chat data is not saved, and Microsoft has no eyes-on access, which means no one can view your data. And, your data is not used to train the models.

- Does Copilot work in China when working on a European tenant? Rumor has it that it is blocked there.
- Without more specifics to troubleshoot this I would best guess that any blocking / filtering being experienced would likely be being initiated outside the scope of M365 itself.

- What guardrails are important to put in place before enabling M365 Copilot? I ask because one example where things in the environment could probably get out of hand pretty quickly is using Copilot for the Power Platform.
