Do you have a list of direct contacts for the top 25 vendors? For example: who could we reach out to directly at Rubrik or Proofpoint for about an Azure Marketplace offer? Would love for a direct contact so we can skip going through a CAM.
- Jessie_Vidal

Hi Haydee,
At that this time, we do not have a compiled list. Our process requires everyone to go through their respective CAM.

Are there any reports available for Private Offers status? Specifically for Private Offers that have not yet been accepted by the customer or offers that are still in subscription pending status?
- RollandSwing
Microsoft
Yes, Partner Center provides reporting capabilities for private offers, including visibility into their status. Here’s what’s available:
- Marketplace Insights Dashboards:
- Navigate to Partner Center → Insights → Marketplace Insights.
- Use the Orders dashboard to view private offers and their current status.
- Filter by Offer Type = Private Offer and check the Status column for:
- Pending Acceptance – Customer has not yet accepted the offer.
- Pending Fulfillment – Customer accepted but SaaS subscription activation/configuration is incomplete.
- Revenue Dashboard:
- Shows billed sales and transaction details.
- Apply the Private Offer filter to isolate these deals.
- Includes fields like Purchase Status and Multiparty flag for MPO deals.
- Downloads Hub:
- Export detailed reports for reconciliation.
- Key fields include:
- PurchaseRecordID (unique transaction ID)
- Status (Accepted, Pending Acceptance, Pending Fulfillment)
- Customer Adjustment (for MPO pricing visibility)
For SaaS offers, “Pending Fulfillment” means:
- Customer accepted the offer but has not completed SaaS configuration.
- ISV must activate the subscription before billing starts.

The orders dashboard does not show private offers that are in pending fulfillment or pending acceptance. In my testing, I cannot locate any report within insights that shows private offers in these statuses.

You will need to have Insights User Role assigned to you. Then you will see an Insights workspace on your homepage. In the left navigation you will see Commercial Marketplace. If you scroll all the way down you will see Downloads Hub this will provide you the ability to create reports and download the data out of Partner Center.

Will SDCs be able to see the price that the customer pays for the product?
- RollandSwing
Microsoft
Hi Caleigh - I'm with the Channel Ready team. Thanks for your question.
No, SDCs do not see the final customer price for resale enabled offers (REO).

Can Microsoft expand on how to best determine CSP limitations for Azure Marketplace? Having issues with customers experiencing error messaged when going to purchase direct and then the licensing not being avail for CSP resale. Any Microsoft best practices
- RollandSwing
Microsoft
Hi April - CSP private offers and Azure Marketplace private offers operate under different contract models:
-
- CSP transactions occur under CSP agreements and do NOT decrement MACC (Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment).
- Marketplace transactions (including Customer Private Offers and Multiparty Private Offers) occur under EA/MCA/PAYG agreements and do decrement MACC for eligible apps.
- If a customer is on CSP and tries to buy direct from Marketplace, they will hit errors because Marketplace requires EA/MCA/PAYG billing accounts. CSP customers cannot transact Marketplace offers unless they switch to an eligible agreement.
