Unable to create invoice using the template from microsoft word

What problems are you having. It downloaded for me.
When this happens, the template is stored in the location I've designated to store new templates and a document based on the template is created and on the screen. This is what I expect.
Because of the settings I use, it does not look like that (no thumbnail image) when I go to File > New. Instead, I see:
Yes the basic business invoice. It's not that it won't download it is that when it does it's "all out of wack" and doesn't display the full template Charles_Kenyon
- I'm afraid "all out of wack" does not give enough information for anyone to help.

What are you seeing that you do not expect?When I click on create invoice it goes to the invoice however the invoice is not as it is displayed in the example invoice and it does not display the full invoice. Ex: Company info on the bottom of the invoice is not shown.
