Equations not rendering in Word
Hi everyone, I have an Office 365 Subscription and so I use the online version of Word for my work, I've done so for a number of months. All of a sudden today all of my maths equations stopped rendering. Now all I see, if I try to use the equation editor, is a grey box that says [Equation]. This is true for new documents and also all of my old documents that included equations. I've tried logging in and out again and tried on Chorome and Safari.
I lean on this function quite heavily for my work so any help would be appreciated.
Monica1265 While you can see the equation on the Web application when in View only mode, to edit the equation in that application, you need to right click on the equation and then on Equation from the menu that appears.

Doug_Robbins_Word_MVP Thank-you so much for trying to help. Here is a link to one of my files which includes equations: https://1drv.ms/w/s!AuBYuu_N1r2yhhUN-E0yfes__gwq?e=ARpjjb
I'm not sure whether or not you will be able to see the equations rendered properly. When I open the file all I see (where all of the equations ought to be) is a grey box which says [Equation]. This has affected all of my files.
I found that if I download the file and open it with the desktop version of MS Word the equations render properly. I would prefer to work from the Web version of MS Word because it's easier, but working from the desktop version is a possibility for me.
Thanks again.
