Cursor keeps on switching from normal to loading
I just updated my Windows OS (it's now 19045.6093) and I'm using Microsoft 365. For one reason or another, my curser keep on alternating from the regular pointer to the spinning wheel every half seco...
This option is not available in the latest version (Microsoft Word for Microsoft 365 Version 2506 Build 16.0.18925.20076) of Word. It seems to be related to having an image in the header for me because if i delete the image it stops cursor flickering issue. This is a new problem though since i have been using the exact same word template (with same header image) for years without this problem. I have tried re-inserting image and changing image, and re-sizing image. I also tried changed the word-wrap settings and positioning settings. nothing solves it except deleting the image from the header completely.

Some more things I found out:
- Re-installing MS Office 365 doesn't resolve the issue.
- Using another template doesn't fix the issue.
- It seems to be a file issue because the cursor doesn't tweak in:
- new documents with the Normal template.
- new documents from the same dotx file.
- a document last editing in July 15.
- Copy-pasting the contents to a new documents seems to have fixed it.
It looks like the issue started on July 16.
