Re: Laptop shuts down as soon as Teams calls starts
Not much to go by here. But start confirming the hardware requirements and perhaps update your OS and associated drivers.

It was working perfectly fine before but after 23rd March onwards this problem has started.
- Have you checked system and application logs in Event Viewer that may give you same insight? Also, what type of shutdown? Immediate or graceful?
- It is an immediate shutdown. And I have seen the logs but I couldn't understand the problem and the cause,
