on my Windows 11 PC, with frequent lagging, delays, and freezing during normal tasks such as opening applications, browsing files, and switching between windows. The issue occurs even when I am not running heavy programs, and I have already tried restarting the computer and checking basic settings but the performance remains slow and inconsistent so I am looking for advice on possible causes and solutions to improve my Windows 11 system speed and reduce lag.
