I'm not sure about Windows 11, but Windows 10 allows yuh to clean out the Internet Options of your web browser. Its most likely the cache and Temporary Files that need to be cleaned out. And to be on the safe-side, before U get started cleaning them out, do a backup, first. then Do a reboot. U ought to start cleaning the cache and Temporary Files from there. Good Luck to yuh.
