Unable to connect to Microsoft Family Safety

Greetings, dear Community !

I am coming here from support team.

My problem : On my windows 11, Settings > Account > Family
An error appears "Unable to connect to Microsoft Family Safety". In that way, I am not able to control the device with mobile application.

I have tried many things :
* Reset TPM
* Reinitialize device
* Reinitialize device and set a new Microsoft Account
* Switch to local account and re-set microsoft account
* Add child account from "Add user" under family tab settings
* Add child account from mobile application

I am out of solution and support too :(

Could you help me

    Create a New Local User Profile & Sign in with Microsoft Account

    • Sometimes, user profile issues interfere.
    • Create a new local account:
    • Settings > Accounts > Family & other users > Add account.
    • Log into the new account, then sign in with your Microsoft account and try to access Family Safety again.

    If these steps don't resolve the issue, please provide:

    Exact Windows 11 build version (you can find this in Settings > System > About).
    Whether you see any error codes or specific messages besides "Unable to connect."
    Details on any recent changes to your device or account.
