Create a New Local User Profile & Sign in with Microsoft Account
- Sometimes, user profile issues interfere.
- Create a new local account:
- Settings > Accounts > Family & other users > Add account.
- Log into the new account, then sign in with your Microsoft account and try to access Family Safety again.
