Because I'm fully updated 21h1, I misread my version.
There is an article where someone running W11 fine from said CPU is being told it won't work on that CPU, so either the requirements are driven by market factors or the latest release of the Health tool went out before the latest CPU requirement relaxations reached the front end developers
