Problem re installing windows 11. Caught in a loop.
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have tried re installing windows 11 but it I have a message that says my computer restarted unexpectedly. When I press okay. The computer restarts and the message comes back again. I have tried accessing trouble shooter via pressing F11 on restart, but it returns to this message. I have also created a usb boot disc and tried accessing via F2, but it just restarts and this message re appears. Anyone have any ideas?

Before jumping into deeper troubleshooting, make sure to disconnect any non-essential external devices (like USB drives, printers, etc.). Sometimes, these devices can interfere during the installation process.

Thanks for the reply. I have done all that. I think the main issue is I can't access the Bios F2 or Repair. F12.
When I boot up and press either key frantically for 5 mins I end up with a black screen? Any thoughts. All comments appreciated.

Start your computer and force it to shut down when you see the Windows logo (hold down the power button). Do this two or three times. On the third startup, Windows should enter Automatic Repair mode.

If you manage to get into Safe Mode:
Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Uncheck Turn on fast startup and save changes.- CraigB1Copper Contributor
Thanks for your reply Gamssber. None of the F commands work. I've tried re-booting and pressing F11 F2 AND F5. It always ends up at the same screen you can see in my screen shot.
