Hi, I recently created a "Local Account" on my laptop. I thought I was creating a new user, but it seems that I completely replaced my Microsoft Account identity with this new "Local Account" identity. And microsoft seems to think it is a school or work ID. I want to put my Microsoft Account identity back, but when I try to "Add Account" under Other Users, or simply Sign into my Microsoft Account, a big gray, square window comes up with "microsoft account" at the top left of the window, but there are no fields, no buttons and no options, and after a couple of seconds, it goes away. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this?
