Is My PC Hacked?
When I go to restart my PC, I get a blue window (not bsod) indicating that 2 apps are restarting. It gives two buttons below that are "Restart anyway" and "Cancel"
Above that, it lists two apps. The one looks like an "Explorer" session with the folder-spec
D:\audio\Documentation
The one that concerns me leads me to believe it is a virus. The name of the app is "t". I try to go in and search for the process "t", but cannot find it in Task Viewer. I could not find a "T.exe" on my hard disk. The only thing that comes close is the app "Telegram.exe" . But nonetheless, the screen displays "t" with no file extension listed as one of the two apps still open when trying to close.
I have tried using "Process Explorer" to look for this anomaly, but cannot find anything. I am really worried that my system is infected somehow. I am using BitDefender as my A/V and feel pretty comfortable with it. I have also searched my system with MalwareBytes and both scans have come up clean.
I welcome any help that can be offered. Of course, I could just re-install and I am OK with that. I would just like to know what this app "t" is.

Sounds like a weird glitch, but it’s not necessarily a hack. That “t” app could be a bug, leftover process, or even related to something harmless like Telegram. Since your BitDefender and Malwarebytes scans came up clean, it’s probably not malware. If you're still worried, you can check startup apps, clear temp files, and run a deep scan—but a fresh install is always a good call if you want peace of mind.
