Is My PC Hacked?
When I go to restart my PC, I get a blue window (not bsod) indicating that 2 apps are restarting. It gives two buttons below that are "Restart anyway" and "Cancel" Above that, it lists two apps....
In Task Manager, go to the Startup tab, disable all non-essential startup items, and use Process Explorer to locate and end any suspicious processes.
