I need urgent help unable to start apps and no taskbar and long loading time into signing and out

I need urgent help basically I downloaded DS4 and vigem bus drivers but they were making my game lag so I reverted to a restore point and btw during this lag I updated my windows anyway I reverted and all was good and I signed out and powered off and now I have powered back on and it took an incredibly long time and when I logged in I can't launch any apps and there's no taskbar I used the ctrl alt delete to get task manager and restarted file explorer and I have no luck I really need help im very worried and using Lenovo laptop one weird thing is the wallpaper slideshow still works perfectly
