I deleted a suspicious WMI in my Windows folder and now my Windows 11 is running weirdly

I downloaded a file from itch.io but it was acting weird so I tried to closed it but it said I have it open so I use task manager to find it and end its task then deleted the WMI file, it's called "85ALLY" and I have never seen it before, and now my PC can't even open start menu or even access Windows update, any help?
