DPTF error jenkins source code in event log on Dell computer

hi,

in event log, i have this error constantly (many times in hour) :

how to solve it ?

It looks like a developer (at Dell or microsoft firm) forgot to remove a thing is its source code because we (here) did not have a 'jenkins" account user, neither a folder neither an application. I guess it concerns DPTF but i don't know what it is.

I hope you could help me to solve and fix it.
