Dcom error - did not register with DCOM within the required timeout
I keep getting this error every time I start the computer:
The server {AB8902B4-09CA-4BB6-B78D-A8F59079A8D5} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
I have already done a lot of googling of this issue, I know it is related to the Thumbnail Cache Out of Proc Server:

Open Services (Win + R, type services.msc, press Enter).
Find DCOM Server Process Launcher and RPC Endpoint Mapper.
Ensure they are set to Automatic and are Running.
Restart these services:
Right-click, choose Restart.

In Registry Editor, navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OleLook for or create these DWORD values:
- RemoteActivationTimeout (default is 30000 ms)
- LocalActivationTimeout (default is 30000 ms)
Increase these values (e.g., to 60000 ms)

The DCOM error you’re seeing indicates that a specific COM server (identified by the GUID {AB8902B4-09CA-4BB6-B78D-A8F59079A8D5}) failed to register properly within the expected time during system startup. This can sometimes cause issues with certain applications or system functionality, but it’s often a benign warning.

Increase the DCOM timeout in Component Services from the default 30 seconds to 60 seconds, and restart the DCOM Server Process Launcher service.
