auto runs caused my pc to bsod

hi i get the error "critical process died" every time i boot my pc up, i think it was caused because i deleted some entries in autoruns, which is weird because the only things i deleted were auto updaters for brave browser and opera gx.

in order to fix my pc i have tried:

sfc /scannow

startup repair didn't work

using DISM /online /image-cleanup /restorehealth gives me the error 87 "the cleanup-image option is unknown"

system restore didn't work because it had "you must enable system protection"

tried going through system restore it by using the command prompt and it allow me to do the system restore but then it failed and now the  system restore point is gone

can't uninstall feature or quality updates

thinking about reinstalling windows but i might have to wipe the drive since there is not enough space to create a partition to install windows.

idk what to do anymore pls help

also the drive that windows is installed to is nvme so i don't know how to access the files on that unlike a usb
