After the screen enters sleep mode, it gets stuck in an on/off loop.
After the screen enters sleep mode, the GPU starts cycling on and off, and the monitor gets stuck in an infinite on/off loop.
I’ve already replaced the motherboard and CPU, reinstalled Windows, swapped the liquid cooler, and updated the BIOS... but the problem persists.
As soon as the screen sleep timeout is reached, the GPU starts cycling its fans on and off at 1.8-second intervals, and consequently, the monitor enters this infinite on/off loop.
I have been using Windows 11 Pro the entire time.

A monitor and GPU cycling only after the screen-sleep timeout points more strongly to the graphics/display path or power-state transition than to the motherboard or CPU alone. Reinstalling Windows and replacing major parts does not rule out the graphics card, power delivery, display cable, monitor, driver, or firmware interaction. Test one monitor connected directly to the GPU with a different cable and output, with docks and adapters disconnected. When the loop begins, try Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B; a successful graphics reset supports the driver-path theory. Install the current GPU and chipset drivers from the hardware manufacturer. If the issue began after a driver update, test the previous driver. Temporarily use a longer screen-off timeout only to prevent repeated cycling while diagnosing.
