With Webinars is there a way to drag documents into the chat so it is available to internal and external attendees not just sharepoint?

    Hi LukePoulton,

    at the moment, only users attending the webinar from within your organization can access files shared in the chat.

    Unfortunately, external attendees won’t be able to view these files.

        Hi LukePoulton,

        thanks for your update.

        I don't see this feature in Microsoft Roadmap Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365.

        I recommend you to give feedback directly from your Teams app to Microsoft.
        You can do that by following these steps:
        - In Microsoft Teams desktop app click on ... icon
        - Click on Help
        - From the drop-down menu choose the Give Feedback option

         

        You can also make a post (feature request) in the Microsoft Feedback Portal:
        Microsoft Teams · Community
