microphone not working in Teams for Surface Hub win10
Hi,
Microphone stopped working for Teams for Surface Hub win10.
I noticed that in Settings, Microsoft Array disappeared.
I had before Microsoft Array (Surface Hub Built-In Microsoft Array).
This option is not there anymore.
I reset the Surface Hub, re-installed Windows 10 (version 10.0 Build 19045.2193) but I still don't have Microsoft Array microphone as an option.
How can I install Microsoft Array Built-In Microphone on Surface Hub?

Hello,
The driver and firmware come preinstalled so this seems like a hardware issue. Best if you open a support ticket to confirm and repair. Alternatively, you can use an external microphone from this list: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/surface-hub-certifications#microsoft-teams-certified-audio-accessories

I would like to add that under the Microphone & speakers I see two Realtek microphones. None of them work. Before I had Microsoft Array in the list as well.
Please see pic attached.
Surface Hub is older than 2019 I believe.

Hello Laura1322,
The first version of the Surface Hub is now end of life so no hardware servicing is possible. However, as I mentioned, you could use an external microphone to continue using it.
