Wanted to know where is the relation between the site page and site assets folder storing the image

Hi,

When we create site page in SP online with some images, those images are adding to the folder with page name under site assets. But if we change the page name later and if we update or add any images still those images are adding to the previous folder only. I wanted to know where is the relation between the site page and site assets folder (event after name change)? is there any hidden column which is maintaining this relation?
