Here is an added question, once we start inviting people, where in the admin screens do we see who has been invited?

- Navigate to Admin Center -> Security and Compliance Center - > Audit and Search
- Under the activity select the required activity
- Select Shared File, Folder or Site. Select a Data Range. You should be able to go back until 90 Days for E3 License .
- Export the Data to an Excel. Find The Rows in the AuditData Column and filter that column such that it gets all rows that contain "TargetUserOrGroupType":"Guest in the AuditData Column.
- Review the Shared Content.

Either selecting "Share" or "Lots of People" displays only internal users, I need this to display external users? what permissions do I need to give internal people to see the external users. The Admin of O365 can see the external users when either of these buttons are pushed but ordinary internal users only see other internal users. What permissions do I grant for this?
