Unable to open sharepoint (local) files with Windows Explorer // webclnt.dll

Unfortunately, with the Windows 11 PC installed I am unable to open sharepoint (local) files with Windows Explorer. I have "smart app control" enabled and I think that’s why I’m blocking the webclient service . dll or webclnt.dll. It considers it as malicious (seen from the log of the command launched "sfc /scannow") and I can not find another way to make it trusted..

Can you help me please? Because I don’t want to disable the "smart app control" feature.
