unable to open files

Hi Experts, please guide me as my user is unable to access excel files.

1. One of my user lets say user1 has sent an excel sheet to user2.
when user2 open the excel sheet, when the user clicks enable content, he gets the error

Mircosoft Excel
We can't connect to https://contoso-my.sharepoint.com/HR/Excel/file1.xls
Please make sure you're using the correct web address.

2. The same user when he is trying to access other file in shared drive.
\\FS01\HR\file2 he is getting error

We can't connect to https://contoso.sharepoint/Fin/file.xls' please make sure you're using the correct web address.
