Turn off comments in SharePoint library
The comments are showing by default via edit properties in the SharePoint doc lib, is there a way to turn it off?

Why is this an Issue?
I've just come across the same problem, Where I've used PowerApps to customise the form on a Library and when you display the "Properties" the PowerApps form appears as expected, BUT it has the Comments Pane automatically displayed. Why would I want to comment on a custom form?
Checking the Library Settings -> Advanced Settings and there is NO way to hide comments for some reason :/
Lists do have this option, Libraries do not.
LP4415890 Turning Comment off here will just disable the ability for users to add new comments, but won't hide the Comments panel, and no option that I know of to hide it unfortunately. Once you set it to No, the Comments pane should at least be collapsed from what I've seen.
