trying to share folder with guest, but access denied.
I create sharing link of folder with anyone can edit permission. But result was, you do not have permission, and access denied. WHY?

- Way Min LouieOct 31, 2018Copper ContributorI'll ask the local IT support person to confirm the user was using the organizational ID when trying to access the file, but with the setting to allow all, this does not make sense; Also, everyone, if the link is copied, pasted in a browser, many of the users having the access problem, are able to view the file, if done a second time, more of the unsuccessful users are able to view the file on the second try

Click on the "If you have a different account, try signing in with that account" link and enter your company credentials again.
You are probably log into the Tenant with a different account already.
