Sync button on modern pages not working in Internet Explorer

Nope, works fine in IE. Most likely going to boil down to a security setting somewhere.
It's been working fine, but it seems to have been doing this since the sync client was updated to build 18.222.1104.0006.
Could they have done something that would need changing the IE security sight assignments?
Doesn't make sense that it works in the classic view and not the modern.
- Dunno, same version I tested on. Odd.
