Site & Sub-sites language issue

Hello,

I have a mother SP site with a List A and many other sub-sites with Lists.

When I create an item in mother site, if im using an English navigator the infos in the item will be in english and the same if im using a French navigator.

How can i fix this language problem between navigators so all the Lists (Mother site & sub-sites) will be in english ?
