SharePoint site logo display issue
Hi all,
We have built an extranet on our SharePoint Online however the logo is not being displayed for both internal and guest users. We have other extranet sites up and running which does display the logo. I cannot figure out what i can be. Some ideas or suggestions on what to check would be really helpful 🙂 Thank you.
Jason_Chow Have either of you figured this out. I have it on one site as i can see so far.
I have not been able to figure it out yet. Mine is a Communication site, it was registered as a hubsite but is not anymore.- Hi Tobias. We were able to figure it out.
It appears that I was looking at the "site logo thumbnail" which was incorrect, I had to update the "site logo" instead. I'm not sure if this will be the same case for you though.
We also have this issue on one site. I have tried removing and uploading new image with no success. Jason_Chow
