SharePoint Server 2019 OneDrive Sync Client

Question

We have a SharePoint 2019 Server farm with the newest CU installed. Our users want to sync the SharePoint document libraries. They can normally click on the Sync button, the OneDrive Sync Client starts and after the first screen with the user logon name they get the error code 0x8004de67.

We get this error on an internal domain joined PC. We activated Kerberos on the SharePoint Web Application. Does anybody know this problem?

AMURDOCK&nbsp;&nbsp;The problem was solved.This error occurred when the personal sites of users were not working correctly.&nbsp;In my case, the SharePoint portal was deployed inside the local network, on a server belonging to the internal domain of the form consomo.localThere was also a nuance in the fact that it was deployed on two virtual servers (one of which was a SQL database server). And the publication was carried out through one IIS on the second server. That is, the same site was used to publish My Sites and the site collection itself (which is not the best option, as recommended by MS):&nbsp;https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/sharepoint/install/configure-my-sites&nbsp;/ The My Site host site collection is a site collection that uses the Enterprise site template named My Site Host. This site collection must be created in the web application that you want to host My Sites. Generally, this site collection can be created at the root path of the web application, although it can be created as an explicit inclusion managed path deeper in the URL as long as there is a site collection created at the web application root. For more information about how to select the path for the My Site host collection, see Plan for My Sites in SharePoint Server./&nbsp;Careful study of the issue of deploying My Sites allowed the problem to be completely eliminated.There are currently no issues with OneDrive.&nbsp;
