AMURDOCK The problem was solved.
This error occurred when the personal sites of users were not working correctly.
In my case, the SharePoint portal was deployed inside the local network, on a server belonging to the internal domain of the form consomo.local
There was also a nuance in the fact that it was deployed on two virtual servers (one of which was a SQL database server). And the publication was carried out through one IIS on the second server. That is, the same site was used to publish My Sites and the site collection itself (which is not the best option, as recommended by MS):

Careful study of the issue of deploying My Sites allowed the problem to be completely eliminated.
There are currently no issues with OneDrive.
