SharePoint Online Web Part Supported in Classic Site
I am working on SharePoint 2013 migration to O365. However, I can not find information around that which Web Part in SharePoint Online Classic Site has been removed comparing to the supported web part in SharePoint 2013.
I might end up choosing a SP2013 hybrid solution for short-term solution. Is that worth to upgrade SP2016 hybrid for mid-to-long term solution?

I would said that most of the SP 2013 WebParts are in SPO but you can find that some of them are not there such as the Excel Web Access WebPart in regards of upgrading to SP 2016 it really depends on your goals to stay hybrid and at the same take advantage of all the benefits that SP 2016 can provide compared to SP 2013
