SharePoint online new experience issues with file library
Hello, Sites creted with new experience in SharePoint on-line do not allow to remove file library and form templates other via GUI or via SPD. So do we have to use Power Shell to remove it ? ...
please look carefully at attached pictures and then reply :-) why do I want to delete from Designer? because I do not have any other option :-)
Trust me, I looked it carefully...I have just verified that in a modern SPO Site I have the option to delete a Document Library so I don't know why you don't have this option using the UI...I can share with you a screenshot so you can look at it carefully ;-)

Question: Where is Delete Library in Setitngs ? _layouts/15/listedit.aspx
Now look at the pictures creted spacialy for you.
I deleted newly created library via SPD without any issues.

:-) Please, find attached my special picture for you...and no, I don't want access to your tenant...I'm pretty sure you will figure out how to delete a document library using different techniques
- Sorry my friend but really I advice you to properly check screen shots attached into my first post called "Remove Library" there is view from settings from this library... There is no delet option! I quess you newer setup a site with new experience turned on. So do it if you know how, and come back later to this thread. Many Thanks.
