Sharepoint list display outdated values
Hello,
I have an issue with at least 2 of my lists.
When I open my list I have access to all my data, and everything looks correct but when I connect my PowerApp to that database, I get different values.
In my case, I have a list of equipment with status and so on. All my equipments are "OK" on my list-view, and they appear "NOT OK" ok my app.
I extracted my list to excel, and this time I see my equipment as "NOT OK".
I used power automate to get my items, and once again all my equipment are "NOT OK".
I opened my list in Private browser, at first I see all my equipment as "NOT OK" but if I refresh the browser, they appear as "OK".
So my conclusion is : my list display some cache values for every items.
Sharepoint looks stuck in syncing, and I cannot create a new view for this list.
I cleared my cache, used another browser but it didn't work.
Do you have any idea for fixing this ?
Thanks
- Well today all my lists are running good, I suppose Microsoft did something.
Conclusion : wait & pray if it happens to you.
Thanks for your help.

Hi ProFe750
when you open the item details pane what value are you seeing?
Do you have any column formating or view formating applied that may be causing the issue?Data in powerapps and csv export should be the real one.
Regards,
- ProFe750Copper ContributorI have a conditional formatting on my column "Status" : background colour change based on text.
When I try to remove this formatting, I'm stuck with a message "Saving column format...".
I agree with you, data on powerapps/excel is the good one.

Hi ProFe750
If you want to explore the problem and try to find the root cause you can try to open the developer tools in your browser (F12) and then select the network tab.
When you hit save on removing the format it should write there the request of that operation and in the details request/response can be some usefull data.
