SharePoint Framework client web part hosting issue

Hi I have created one helloworld app using react framwork and bundled it using gulp solution -package but it is running with context of localhost only, if i stop my gulp server on local then it stopped working.

 

One more issue is i have created CDN library through SP Online management shell, but i am not able to access that url, kindly help me in creating CDN also
