SharePoint Drop Down List did not show the newly added items

I have form that is collecting the responses from the users to the SharePoint List.

The form shows any newly added items in the NEW form with no problem

But I just noticed that any newly added items in the form will not show up when I try to edit an existing item in the SharePoint List.

I found a thread that is talking about the similar problem and found it ridiculous that cleaning up all the caches/cookies seems to be the only way to resolve the issue.

I am not new to the SharePoint/Power Platform community but still only have limited knowledge to these applications. 

I know that Power BI has a "Power BI ideas" for people to submit ideas/suggestions to improve the interface.

Does SharePoint has a similar website where we can submit ideas to improve it?
