SharePoint Designer unable to open SP2013 Workflows
I am currently unable to open any SharePoint 2013 workflow from SharePoint designer (for SPO). Is anyone else able to confirm the same? tried on multiple computers, multiple OS cleared all cached...

It's been a couple years since I've seen a similar issue (I could open workflows but they'd just be blank), but this update seemed to do the trick for me when it did happen.
