Please provide more information for your issue? How you are trying to create folder? Are trying from UI or using other object model like "CSOM/REST API", etc.

i create a site but in site we create s list in list in need to create more list but not able to add list

niranjan_gupta&nbsp;it looks like you are trying to create sub-lists for a list or folders within a list. This is not possible.&nbsp;RobLos GallardosIntranet, SharePoint and Power Platform Manager (and classic 1967 Morris Traveller driver)

You can add folders only in a document library, not in a list.
