I know its late, but you can use Power Automate to append the 'Project Manager' and 'Status' properties to the file name, such as '[COMPLETED-DANIEL] ABC Project.ppt'. This way, all necessary properties will "sync" to File Explorer, allowing you to sort your directories by the file's name.
