SharePoint and PWA sites - Configuration

Hi all,

I have a few questions regarding SPO & PWA.

1. How can I create "Microsoft Project" files on the PWA site and share them with colleagues of the office who are assigned a Microsoft Project O365 license?

2. Is it possible to migrate the content of the normal SharePoint site to the PWA site or configure with the same aspect of the SharePoint site to the PWA site to store all content here?
The idea is to work all the documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) in the same site.

Any help would be appreciated.
