SharePoint allert
How is it possible to advise anyone on a groups about a file that it’s modified or to ask him to open it? Is it the email the right tools? Any other idea?
Have you considered a Flow?
- No I don’t. But what will happen if we cooperate in 10 people on that file? I could request the feedback from different people. What do you think. So it could be interesting that with right button on the file could have a request feedback from or allert to
Not sure to understand what you want to achieve...
Anyway, a Flow gives you a lot of possibilities: IMHO it is the most flexible tool you can use OOTB.

I try to explain better
If I ve on my Group 25 people and today I would like to ask to member A to give me a feedback about the new version of the file, and tomorrow I need to ask it to another member of the Group I have to setup 2 flow. Is it right?
I would recommend sticking with the "Alert Me" feature. If you're using modern Team sites, which are group-based, you can have alerts sent to members of that group site, or you can manually choose people to be notified if you don't use group-based sites.
- Groups could be integreted on teams?
Can we continue to use the onenote and onedrive used for Groups?
