We have had these problems as well, consistently and cannot seem to get them fixed for any duration.
This is unacceptable from Microsoft. I don't do any coding any more, but from my simple experience, you just need some good data "hand shaking" to confirm the data got to where it was sent.
If there are any sort of permission issues, that should be communicated when sync was attempted, not let the user think the sync happened only later when the user looks and checks, they find out they have lost tons of data.
The instability of this situation defeats all the benefits (plus some) that the tool promises to provide.

LeonPavesic , obviously my frustration is pointed at Microsoft (at least hope that obvious).
You obviously are a power user and know the software very well. Everyone should be grateful for this herculean solution you have provided. The issue, in my opinion, is Microsoft should not need these herculean efforts so often.
